Media | Communications & Advocacy Specialist
Manake Eunice (full name Manake Constance Eunice) is a seasoned Communications and Advocacy professional from Uganda. She is an active member of the Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU), reflecting her strong professional engagement and commitment to excellence in the fields of media, communications, and public relations.
Eunice is the Chief Creative Director of AfriCestral Sauti, a dynamic creative and communications agency that amplifies African voices and brands, shapes powerful narratives, and brings creative visions to life. By blending culture, creativity, and strategy, the agency delivers impact-driven communications across Africa and beyond.
Previously, she served as the Communications Officer at the African Fertilizer and Agribusiness Partnership (AFAP) in the Uganda country office from August 2023 to July 2024. AFAP is a non-governmental organization that works with public and private sector partners to strengthen agricultural input value chains, with a particular focus on expanding and improving fertilizer markets across Africa. In this role, Eunice was instrumental in advancing AFAP’s mission to enhance agricultural productivity and food security through strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and targeted advocacy.
From January 2017 to July 2023, Eunice served in a communications support role at the National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU), the umbrella organization advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities. In this role, she was instrumental in shaping and executing the organization’s communications strategy, engaging members and stakeholders with clarity, purpose, and consistency. Her work significantly advanced NUDIPU’s vision of a “Just and Fair Society” through strategic media advocacy and awareness campaigns that championed the inclusion of persons with disabilities in national development processes – contributing meaningfully to the realization of a “Prosperous and Dignified Life for All Persons with Disabilities in Uganda.”
In 2022, Eunice led the execution of NUDIPU’s 35th anniversary celebrations as chair of the organizing committee – an event that has since evolved into the annual NUDIPU Advocacy Day, a key fixture on the organization’s calendar for promoting disability rights and inclusion.
